Project introduction:
Pretreatment unit: the waste gas from oil separators, air floatation tanks, homogenization tanks, regulating tanks, sludge storage tanks, etc. of the Ministry of water affairs enters the desulfurization tank and homogenization tank through the flame arrester to remove the H2S and organic sulfur in the waste gas, so as to avoid poisoning of catalytic combustion catalyst due to high sulfide content.
At the same time, the homogenization of the exhaust gas concentration is completed to maintain the exhaust gas concentration at a relatively stable level. The total sulfur concentration at the outlet of desulfurization homogenization tank of pretreatment unit is less than 10 mg / Nm3.
Heating heat exchange catalytic combustion reaction unit: the waste gas enters from the fan and passes through the heat exchanger and heater. Under the action of catalyst, the organic matter in the waste gas in the catalytic combustion reactor reacts with oxygen to generate H2O and CO2. The treated gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust cylinder.
